Ashley Madison is a highly accomplished dressage trainer, clinician, and horsewoman. She is a USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medalist who has trained multiple horses to the Grand Prix level and competed successfully at FEI levels, including achieving scores up to 69% at Grand Prix.
Her career began with foundational mentorships under top professionals like Olympians Courtney King-Dye and Tina Konyot, as well as Scott and Susanne Hassler, where she gained invaluable experience in managing, training, and developing elite equine athletes. Ashley's training philosophy combines traditional dressage techniques with creative methods such as cavaletti, long-lining, and hacking, excelling with horses facing training or behavioral challenges.
Now leading her program in Ocala, Ashley continues to develop riders and horses while fostering a supportive and professional learning environment. She is also an engaging clinician, having collaborated with equestrian icons like Steffen Peters, Carl Hester, and Debbie McDonald to bring innovative insights to her students and the equine community.
