I was born and raised on a family ranch. My experience started with ranching, 4h, rodeo queen and rodeo. I have never outgrown the “pony stage”. No matter where life takes me, the cowboy and ranch lifestyle will always be where my heart truly lives.
In 2003 I turned my passion into a profession and became certified in Equine Massage Therapy! Later that year, I completed and received my Certificate of Massage Therapy for the 2 legged counterparts!
After school my journey began and the PASSION for helping others and animals live pain free started
Over the last 2 decades my thirst for knowledge and genuine love for my craft for both humans and animals has given me a comprehensive palette of healing modalities with Craniosacral Therapy, Lymph Drainage, Reiki, Energy Work, Nutritional Expertise, Iridology, Accupressure and Equine Chiropractic.
I have had the privilege of being equipped with a great assortment of a toolbox to assist me, with Medical Thermal Imaging, PEMF Therapy, Microcurrent Therapy, Laser Therapy, Essential Oils and Benafab Affiliate. All of these accelerate the body healing process, but can NEVER take place of manual therapy!!
It has been a joy, teaching basic massage classes not only locally but traveling and teaching. I have added energy healing for animals to my class schedule and am working on next fall getting a craniosacral for animals class started!
While my main work consists of humans and horses. My healing touch has blessed a multitude of Dogs, Cows, Goats, Pigs, Camels, and Cats.
This journey is not just a profession, its an unwavering commitment to fostering health and harmony, one being at a time!

- I grew up in a military family and have lived in numerous states and even Germany! Growing up my family owned and enjoyed pleasure horses.
For years I have been an active member or leader for 4h and have shown several different species. I am looking forward to starting a driving club this year for horse 4h.
I have a business in breeding and selling sheltand ponies and I am excited in a few years to have a standing Tennesse Walker cross Curly Stallion!
I have enjoyed showing and competing in the pony shows. Where I have competed in halter and driving with numerous different ponies.
I started doing farrier work in 2004 working under a mentor, when I could see the need for quality farrier work. I felt called to help horses and owners. I then went on to college and graduated from
Equine Riding, Teaching, Training, Farrier and Equine Business degree from Maridith Manor International Equestrian Center.
Then was honored to be mentored under 4 master farriers after college.
No Hoof No Horse is 100% true and if you don't have a hoof, all you really have is an expensive pasture pet.
I work on ponies, young horses, senior horses, corrective shoeing, alternative shoeing, donkeys, mules. I believe all equine hoof health is important whether they be a rescue, pasture pet, equine athlete or high dollar horse. They all need quality hoof care!
Over the years I have added to my resume with trimming, zebras, camels, cows, goats, sheep, pigs. Mainly if it has a hoof I will work on it!

Kenzie is the owner and trainer of Snowy Pines Equine. Since she was young, she's been involved in various disciplines within the horse industry, deepening her passion for these incredible animals. Always eager to learn, she would meet and ride under new trainers wherever she lived. She rode many breeds, including Arabians, Missouri Fox Trotters, and Warmbloods. In her teenage years, she worked with jungle trail horses in Belize, Central America and later served as an assistant riding coach at a small hunter/jumper barn in California. These, and other early experiences with professional trainers laid the foundation for her future endeavors. In 2015, Kenzie purchased a young pinto mare with a history of abuse. While re-training this mare, whom Kenzie named KitKat, she became inspired to take her horsemanship skills to a whole other level: opening her own business. In the initial years of her business, Kenzie focused on colt starting and working with problematic horses. Kenzie's abundance of patience and her ability to easily connect with both horses and humans alike have proven invaluable in her career, especially when training challenging horses or imparting her knowledge to students of all ages. In more recent years, she has sharpened her focus towards foundational horsemanship lessons, emphasizing on the development of her students' confidence both on the ground and in the saddle. She is dedicated to the well-being of the horses she works with and is passionate about teaching others. Kenzie’s approach is straightforward, embodying a philosophy of mutual respect and understanding between horse and rider.

Hey folks. My name is Mike Price. I was born in Stevensville Montana and live there till I was 20 years old and then I moved to Whitehall Montana. Whitehall is home and that is where my wife kristy price and my two boys Gabe and Trent price train and ride mules on a daily basis. I have been born and raised with mules and I've had the opportunity to work with a couple phenomenal trainers growing up and still taking clinics whenever I possibly can to keep learning. My first animal that I trained when I was 7 years old was a donkey and I have been hooked on training ever since. We have been training for the public for the last 20 years. We enjoy taking our mules to shows and competing along with brandings in the spring and most of all packing and trail riding our mules. I appreciate the opportunity of being able to come to the expo and help share some things and to meet new people and most of all, hopefully get to help some folks with there mules. Thank you and see you soon

George grew up in Rigby with a large family and a large number of animals. This is where he developed an interest in veterinary medicine. He spent many hours working with local practitioners and that fueled an even greater desire to pursue a career in this amazing field. After schooling at Idaho State University and Washington State University he began practice in 1993. In 2005 he saw the completion of Mountain River Veterinary Hospital and has enjoyed nearly everyday there. He has especially enjoyed the people that trusted him with the care of their animals. He has been blessed to have the most amazing wife and children, who have been everything to him at work and at home. They just love to be together doing whatever the adventure of the day entails.

I have been lucky enough to have horses nearly all my life, ran a full-service
boarding/breeding/training facility in northern California while raising my kids,
and have day-worked on cattle ranches here and there. That western lifestyle is
where my heart found peace, and how I decided to focus my design &
photography business around the equine and ranching industries. Nothing
makes me happier than being in a ranch environment and capturing images
that will help ranchers tell their story and preserve their legacy for future
generations.
I am blessed to live in God’s country in north central Idaho with my husband,
two heeler dogs and our small herd of Morgan horses and mules. In the summer
months we love to take our Pete 359 and our LQ trailer and hit the road with the
horses, booking photo shoots along the way and seeing the west between two ears.

Raised on a family farm working hard rodeoing, showing draft horses, and being involved in 4h gave me the passion to pursue a nontraditional career. I fell in love with Equine Sports Massage when I attended a course in Florida almost 11 years ago with the idea of just having the knowledge to maintain my own horses. I then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting graduating from ISU. I worked as an Equine Sports Massage Therapist through my years in college and made the decision to continue to focus my professional career as a bodyworker after gratuating. Since then I have expanded my knowledge, tools, and modalities to be able to help the horses over all well being. I am super passionate about helping to heal horses and help them to be comfortable and perform to the best of their abilities. My favorite and most used modality is MagnaWave PEMF Therapy. I look forward to sharing more information about the benefits of MagnaWave PEMF Therapy with individuals at the Teton Horse Experience by doing a live demonstration and discussing the benefit of MagnaWave while being available to answer questions. I look forward to seeing everyone at this great event!

Marci is a versatile professional who has traversed in various industries, accumulating a diverse skill set along the way. Her journey began in 2004 when she earned a Certificate in Massage for Pain Management and Solutions. Entranced by the intricate patterns of the human body and its quest for balance, she embraced the challenge of guiding each unique physique.
In 2013, Marci ventured into the insurance realm, obtaining licenses for property and casualty. Her passion for enlightening individuals about insurance intricacies led her to become an Aflac Agent. With an added health and life license, she empowered people by imparting crucial knowledge about preparing for the unexpected.
Over the next 5 years, Marci sensed a need for a different financial conversation- one that instilled confidence in people's money management skills. She pursued and successfully acquired licenses for the series 6 and 63, enabling her to assist individuals in long term financial planning.
However, the volatile nature of the stock market and the vulnerability of clients to significant losses prompted Marci to reassess her approach. Drawing parallels between the body’s internal patterns and the emotional patterns influencing health and wealth, she delved into the extensive research and intuitive awareness.
Today, Marci specializes in helping people remove energetic blocks that hinder abundance in health and wealth. Beyond the conventional wealth strategies, she guides clients towards plans offering guarantees, liquidity and control over their money. Her unique approach ensures that clients not only secure their financial future but also cultivate a harmonious balance in their overall well being.

Joanna Trussel Berg, LCSW, ESMHL is the owner of Open Trails Counseling, a mental health agency, as well as the Founder and Executive Director of Unbridled Hope, an equine therapy program, in Rigby, Idaho. She has worked in various mental health settings including, Child Protection, Outpatient, Inpatient, Boarding Schools, Working Cattle Ranch Boarding School, Wilderness Therapy, State Prisons, and Equine Therapy Facilities over the past 20+ years. Joanna specializes in Trauma and the anxiety resulting in depression that correlates with the body’s response to multiple forms of trauma that impact lives. She is trained in multiple modalities to address these symptoms and improve lives through EMDR, Brainspotting, Progressive Exposure, and Equine Therapy.
Joanna believes that understanding ourselves begins with connections with others, it is in these relational connections we place meaning in our own lives. Once we understand our responses to connections to others, we can begin to make meaningful changes in our lives and our choices. Raising our expectations of ourselves through education and understanding our thoughts, emotions, and physical responses improves our ability to choose the direction we go in our lives. Joanna understands the difficulty this poses for her clients and has the compassion and empathy to help guide those who are willing to change and find new meanings through better relationships.
Joanna has been an admirer of horses from the time she can remember. She rode her family horses as a young child and as soon as she was able to purchase a horse, she has had one in her life ever since. Joanna has been certified in multiple disciplines of equine therapy over the past 2 decades and has always found a way to implement horses in her psychotherapy practice. The admiration she has for horses and the way they show up for humans no matter what misunderstandings occur in the relationship between humans and horses has astounded her, leading her to continue to pursue her knowledge of this amazing animal. Horses can provide us with more than we can provide them.
When Joanna is not in the clinical arena providing psychotherapy, she can be found in the field doing chores with her menagerie of animals, in the kitchen cooking, or outside playing with her wonderful children and grandchildren. Joanna loves Southeast Idaho and is happy to provide her incredible services to the community and bring peace to others through continuous self-reflection and understanding.

Hello! My name is Sheri Scurr. I am a horsemanship coach and a certified equine-assisted experiential learning professional. I help humans experience a deeper connection with their horses and I help people seeking personal or professional growth experience the special gifts of horses. Horses are master teachers if we learn to listen to their wisdom.
I am a life-long student of the horse/human relationship. Although my horsemanship journey has included many styles and disciplines, my approach in horsemanship coaching is to create true connection where horses choose to be a willing partner. My experiential work with horses promotes self-discovery and always considers the horse first. I have personally studied with some amazing people, such as Federic Pignon and Magali Delgado (Cavalia), Karen Rohlf (Dressage Naturally) and Caroline Beste (The Tao of Horsemanship). I also study and closely follow Carolyn Resnik, Warwick Schiller, Linda Tellington Jones, and Dr. Stephen Peters (neuroscientist and horseman).
Becoming self-aware and congruent in body, mind, and spirit is not only essential to intuitive connection and heart-centered horsemanship, but also to personal and professional growth. This is why my programs are also informed by research about emotional intelligence, heart-brain coherence, bioenergetics, neuroscience, and nervous system regulation, such as taught through HeartMath Institute. I also apply practices informed by Dr. Stephen Porges' Polyvagal Theory, which explains the nervous system states of regulation, fight/flight, and freeze.
I founded Heart Connections Horsemanship to make these tools for personal and professional transformation accessible to you. Through my carefully crafted programs, the horses will help you see through your masks, shed your limiting beliefs, and establish healthy mind-body-spirit connections to move you powerfully forward on your journey of self-discovery.
