Chad began learning leatherwork back in the ’90s and slowly found his way into it more fully around 2005 while in the military. Since then he has had the chance to start a small leather business, teach a leatherworking class in Kuwait, attend saddle-making courses at the Montana Horsemans Saddle School, and earn an honorable mention at the Prescott Emerging Saddle Makers Preview 2025. He is grateful for the experiences and the lessons learned along the way.
